Photo Release

Please read and sign this release before the casting call.

For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I authorize Make48 LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (“Company” or “you”) to make use of my appearance for any marketing purposes.
I agree that you may photograph me in connection with my appearance at this Casting Call and that you shall be the exclusive owner of such photography with the right, throughout the world, in all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, and an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, or copyright, to use and to license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof in
connection with the Company endeavors.
 

I further agree that you may use and license others to use my name, which I may provide, in any and all media and in the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing and exploitation of the Competition, and/or otherwise (and ancillary products in connection with the Program) in connection with Make48 LLC and its affiliated services, throughout the world in all media, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity. I represent and warrant to you that I have the full, complete and unrestricted right and authority to enter in the Photo Release. I further represent that any statements made by me during my appearance are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither they nor my appearance will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
 

I hereby release you, Make48 LLC., respective its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns from all liability and obligations to me of any and all nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the exercise of the rights granted above, including, without limitation, from any liability for libel, defamation, violation of my rights of privacy, publicity, infringement of copyright or any other right
and expense respecting this Release and the rights herein granted. I agree that I shall be entitled to no additional consideration as a result of the exercise of the rights herein granted.
 

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my photograph or the uses to which such appearance may be put. I acknowledge that you will rely on this permission potentially, at substantial cost to you and hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder.
