We capture the essence of Make48 and a race against the clock. Operation Breakthrough hosted the high-stakes competition where teams of students are challenged to conceive, design, and prototype a new product in just 48 hours.
Seasoned makers and industry professionals were on hand to guide them. From patent attorneys and focus groups offering support, the participants pushed themselves to their limits to create a working prototype and compelling marketing pitch.
With a coveted $10,000 and custom-made trophy on the line, the pressure was on for teams to deliver their absolute best work.
