We’re growing our brand throughout the maker and inventor community and seeking a Demand & Awareness Coordinator to be a part of the team. The demand & awareness coordinator will report to the head of strategic partnerships and CEO. Position is part-time, with the possibility of becoming full time.
The role of the Demand and Awareness coordinator will include makerspace and college outreach across the country to raise awareness of our brand, educate would-be partners about Make48 series and share the benefits of hosting an event. Coordinator must be knowledgeable or willing to learn the world of making, STEAM, entrepreneurship and innovation. We are seeking an individual in the Kansas City area for this position.
Responsibilities will include --
Research, building and tracking partnerships, growing lists and executing presentations on Zoom.
Maintain contact lists within company software and follow up with clients to continue and build relationships.
Develop relationships with makerspaces, colleges, and community organizations.
Ability to attend events from time to time and assist with event production.
