Fulbright Junior High Takes Bentonville Top Honors At Make48 Innovation Experience

This semester, students across the country stepped up to take on real-world challenges through the Make48 Innovation Experience, and boy did they deliver! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be highlighting the student teams whose ideas rose to the top, starting with a fantastic group of student innovators from the Bentonville, Arkansas area.

These teams took on the challenge “Tools for the Trade,” presented by the Arvest Foundation, Nabholz, and ABC Arkansas. The students were tasked with creating innovative solutions for the skilled trades industry, and the results were nothing short of impressive.

We are thrilled to announce our top finishers! Fulbright Junior High and their idea, "Heaven Helmet", claimed first place! A huge congratulations to this team! We are excited to see the creativity the team will bring to the upcoming regional competition this March.

Second Place went to Lincoln Junior High and their "Magneticx Tool Belt", while Washington Junior High and "Rope Scaffolding" placed third.

A Community Effort

Events like these are a massive collaborative effort. A special thank you goes out to our sponsors – Arvest Foundation, Nabholz, and ABC Arkansas – for challenging these students to think outside the box. We also want to thank the dedicated teachers and mentors who guided these teams and made this challenge a great success.
